A laid-back summer vibe from Fat Freddies Drop at Peregrine Winery in the Gibbston Valley Otago. Twelve years ago, when we were imagining the sorts of hybrid uses we could generate from the winery infrastructure, we speculated how the space between the roof and heavy concrete base could be an ideal stage facing out to the natural amphitheatre of the schist reefs, with the twisting roof reflecting the music out to the audience – although with the bass that Fat Freddy can pump out, this last bit is probably not so important! Great to see the Peregrine Winery in full-on party mode.
