Architecture Workshop collaborated closely with and developed these small detached houses in response to an innovative brief developed by David Irwin of Isthmus Group and Katja Lietz of the Hobsonville Land Company. To maintain budgets during the consent process, AW workshopped the construction details with Matt Lagerberg of design build firm Classic Builders. Isthmus Group has undertaken the landscape and master planning for HLC including the landscape design for the small-scale houses.
