Brosnan Construction won the New Zealand Building Industry Award for the $8-25million category for the Lindis Lodge.

Judges Citation:

"This was a totally unique and difficult project, delivered by a team that demonstrated extraordinary flexibility and adaptability to deliver a complex building in a rugged environment. The story behind the building's construction is as breath-taking as the buildings design."

It is rewarding to see Brosnan winning this very competitive category against large scale projects such as Te Maru o Tawatawa multiuse housing (Armstrong Downes - Wellington) and Metlife Pinesong Village (NZ Strong - Manukau, Akl) which were given highly commended awards.
